Conditions & Returns

To return any purchased items, customers need to contact the Onest Ecommerce Team within 15 days counting from the delivery date.

Returned product must be unused, unburnt, unworn, unwashed & zero flaws. Fashion wears can still be considered as unworn as you can try to check if it fits or not, but to an extent.

Customers must return the purchased items via the same manufacturer packaging/box keeping the product in its original form without any sort of damage. For returning any product, it must be returned with a shipping label & any other tags attached with that very item.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Refunds

All returned items will be under strict observance before verifying the claim. As per refund on purchased items, we only provide a full refund on the items which are purchased below 3,000 tk or apply store credit, only if the claim is verified. Full refund is not applicable for the items purchased over 3,000 tk & more.


Replacement

Customers can create tickets or give direct calls to us for receiving damaged or defective products, or as not described in the content. After going through a proper inspection regarding the claim, customers are allowed to replace their faulty products with a new one or apply store credit for a different item.

 

Refund payment

Full refund will be granted only under two condition-

*If a customer wants to cancel any online order & requests for a full refund, order cancellation must be requested prior to 5 minutes after order placement.

* If we are unable to fulfil the order’s replacement, then a request for full refund can be granted.
